Courier shipments are not made to the floor and only provide the day and time slot for delivery. In the event of impossibility of delivery by the courier due to the absence of the recipient or an incorrect address, the costs of storage shall be borne by the buyer.

PAYMENTS AND BILLING:
The purchased items will be accompanied by a receipt, the invoice must be requested at the time of purchase and not subsequently.
We accept payments by credit card, Paypal, bank transfer and Postepay. Always indicate the purchased item in the description.
RETURNS
Each article that we select for you has been viewed in detail. We try to indicate and photograph with the utmost care and attention the garments which, however, being stock funds, vintage or used garments can sometimes present small defects. If you are unsure about the fit of an item or would like other measurements, you can contact me to be as sure as possible that it is right for you.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you will have the possibility to exchange it within 14 days, following these methods: - contact me by mail at caroselloantichita@gmail.com to agree. - the package must be returned within two days of receipt. - all shipping costs are charged to the customer. - the garment must be in the same condition in which it arrived.
No exchanges or returns on lingerie and swimwear.
We could not accept the return if these conditions are not respected. If you are unable to find an immediate replacement, you can exchange it with a purchase voucher, which will be valid for 3 months. There is no refund.
